Payment
Footprint Taxis are fitted with taxi meters set by Hart District
Council, non pre-agreed fares are calculated using the taxi meter.
Payment at the end of the journey is our standard policy, which
can be made with either cash or credit/debit card.
Payments made using credit/debit cards are made to the company
Footprint Associates Ltd and subject to a small administrative
charge of 4% approximately and VAT. Cash payments are made directly
to the driver and not subject to VAT.
Invoiced fares will be subject to the agreed invoicing terms
and VAT.

All other UK airports the driver will be standing in a prominent
position within the terminal.
Car parking charges at the airport/dock/station.
Car parking is charged at cost to the customer using the car
parking receipt to validate any charges. The car parking ticket
remains property of either the driver or Footprint Associates
Ltd.
Waiting time
Home/Office pick up (general taxi booking).
15 minutes grace period is given. After 15 minutes the taxi meters
are turned on and waiting time will charged at the standard rate
set by Hart District Council.
Pre agreed priced booking
15 minutes grace period is given after 15 minutes waiting time
is charged at £5 for every 15 minutes to the nearest 15
minutes. Waiting time at the airport/dock/station
One hour’s grace is given before waiting time is charged.
The car parking tickets show the entry and departure time given
of the vehicle. Waiting time is then charged at £5 for every
15 minutes after 60 minutes has passed on the car parking ticket.
Refusal of passage
Footprint Associates Ltd or any employee or contactor working
for or on behalf of Footprint Associates reserves the right to
refuse passage.
Should you wish to cancel a booking a cancellation fee may be
charged this is to the discretion of the company.
